Food, Carnival Games, Futsal, Gym & Swimming Pool not included in the package.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances If the games/ experiences are not working due to any technical issues then the management isnt responsible

The booking under this ticket is/are not transferable.
This e-ticket is valid only for the date mentioned.
This e-ticket has to be carried by the customer during the visit along with an original photo ID Card whose name appears above.
Please show the ticket at the time of entry.
The company reserves the right to change/cancel the service.
Cancellation is not allowed but the date of visit can be changed with prior confirmation with our Team on email.

If the property is closed for any reason, tickets can be rescheduled to another date within a 15 days timeline.
