The booking under this ticket is/are not transferable.
This e-ticket is valid only for the date mentioned.
This e-ticket has to be carried by the customer during the visit along with an original photo ID Card whose name appears above.
Please show the ticket at the time of entry.
The company reserves the right to change/cancel the service.
Cancellation is not allowed but the date of visit can be changed with prior confirmation with our Team on email.

If the property is closed for any reason, tickets can be rescheduled to another date within a 15 days timeline.

Coupon is issued only for customers with Paid Entry into Thrill City, Food or beverages bill of ₹1000 & above in any of the food courts within Thrill City premises.
Coupon with full details of customer name, mobile number & email id will be eligible to be dropped in designated box placed in Thrill City premises only.
Weekly / Grand winners of gifts will be declared from the coupons dropped in the designated box.
Gifts will be subject to taxes as per local law and to be paid by winners of gifts.
